Primary Care Physician

The Center for Primary Care, a division of the University of Rochester, is seeking a Faculty Physician to deliver primary care services in a community-based practice within Monroe County. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic network of Primary Care providers operating within a patient-centered medical home model. Compensation

• The referenced pay range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base range of compensation for this faculty position.
• Individual salaries will be determined within the job's salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries.
• Alignment of clinical incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
• $190,000 - $274,333 a year
• $30,000 retention bonus
• $10,000 moving exp
• $150,000 in loan forgiveness

Qualifications

• Must possess an MD or equivalent
• Must be board certified (or board eligible)
• Must obtain NYS licensure prior to start

• Candidates applying to this position will be asked to secure an individual DEA
• Will be required to complete a post-offer health assessment and drug test at the University's Occupational Medicine site in Rochester, NY
• Eligible for a Faculty Appointment at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry
• Must meet all credentialing requirements
• Eligible for Board Certification in Internal Medicine
