Primary Care Physician

Optum WA (formerly The Everett Clinic) is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join the Optum Silver Lake Primary Care team in Everett, WA, with an anticipated start date in Summer/Fall 2027. Practice Info

• Outpatient-focused practice averaging 18-22 patients per day with 20- and 40-minute visit templates
• Option to tailor your panel toward Family Medicine or Internal Medicine population
• Flexibility to develop clinical interests, including women's health (excluding obstetrics/prenatal care), preventive services, and chronic disease management
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatric providers
• Advanced Practice Clinician (PA/NP) and AI Scribe support
• Light and shared call with Triage RN call

Compensation

• The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment
• Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target
• The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement

Requirements

• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Unrestricted WA state license or the ability to obtain
• Current DEA certificate required prior to start date
