Primary Care Physician – Value-Based, Patient-Centered Care

The Staff Pad in partnership with a physician-led health system seeks an experienced Primary Care Physician to join a growing Boston team. This role emphasizes time, resources, and support to build meaningful relationships with patients while practicing evidence-based, value-driven care.

You’ll deliver comprehensive adult primary care, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, focus on prevention and chronic disease management, and document encounters to support value-based programs.
