Primary Care Physician

Role Summary

Provide evidence-based outpatient primary care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Deliver preventive services, evaluate patients, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and manage care through appropriate treatment and therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive care and health screenings
• Assess patients, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage therapies in accordance with clinical standards
• Coordinate care across specialties and care settings
• Support clinical quality improvement and population health initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage diverse patient populations
• Proficiency in diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication prescribing
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills
• Ability to coordinate care and contribute to quality and outcomes initiatives
