Responsibilities
- See 18–21 patients per day
- Provide comprehensive primary care for a Medicare Advantage population
- Act as a trusted advisor and health coach
- Stay connected across the care journey—specialists, hospitals, transitions
- Lead a collaborative care team that shares responsibility for outcomes
- Mentor and supervise APPs while maintaining clinical oversight
Compensation
- $250,000 – $306,714 base salary (experience-based)
