Shift & Schedule
- Full-time employment commitment (1.0 FTE: 35 Patient Facing Hours, 5 Clinical Admin Hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, comprehensive primary care to a senior population, partnering with a team of MAs, care coordinators, and clinical pharmacy support to close care gaps and improve outcomes
Compensation
- $327,000 - $405,000 a year
- Base salary and variable incentive bonus dependent on a combination of personal productivity and quality measures
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited school
- Completed residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Meets ASAS credentialing standards
