• Location: Lyons, NY – centrally located near the far eastern suburbs of Rochester in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of NYS. The region offers clean lakes, skiing, golf, fishing, hiking, swimming, and sailing.

Position Summary

• Opportunity for highly qualified Family or Internal Medicine Physicians for community medicine opportunities in Outpatient Practices.
• Light call phone coverage only shared with other health system practices.
• This is an employed position in a physician‑led organization.
• Pay Range: $285,000‑$310,000 based on experience.
• Very generous compensation package includes competitive salary, incentives, student loan repayment, relocation package, sign‑on bonus, and on‑site child day‑care.
• National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program – awards up to $75,000 in return for a two‑year service commitment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required.
