Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to adult and geriatric patients
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Develop individualized care plans that promote preventive care, wellness, and disease management
  • Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, preventive health, and healthy lifestyle choices
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives focused on value-based care and positive patient outcomes
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families through compassionate, patient-centered care

Shift & Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Daytime outpatient hours
  • Minimal call requirements, depending on practice location

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
  • Active Florida medical license (or eligible for licensure)
  • DEA license (or eligible)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Experience with Medicare Advantage, managed care, value-based care, or geriatric populations is preferred but not required
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills are preferred for select locations
