Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Primary Care Physician to work at a facility in Susanville, California . These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $229 / hour

Qualifications:

• n

  Minimum 1 year previous working experience within the last 36 months (3yrs) as a Primary Care Physician

  n

• n

  Ability to build rapport with patients

  n
n
• n

  Compassionate and caring demeanor

  n
n
• n

  Familiarity with medical terminology

  n
n
• n

  Needs AMA Membership

  n
n
• n

  Must have up to date credentials in the state of CA

  n
n

Responsibilities:

n
• n

  Work with the primary healthcare team to provide patients with primary medical care services

  n
n
• n

  Order laboratory and radiology tests and refer patients to specialists when appropriate

  n
n
• n

  Analyze reports, test results, medical records and examinations to diagnose condition of patients and propose treatment options

  n
n
• n

  Prescribe pharmaceuticals, medications and treatment regimens for medical conditions

  n
n
• n

  Discuss potential side effects of medication/treatment with patients

  n
n
• n

  Provide advice to patients for lifestyle and diet changes that may improve their health or help to treat the health issue they are experiencing

  n
n
• n

  Adhere to departmental policies, procedures and objectives

  n
n
• n

  Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all federal and state health information privacy laws

  n
n
• n

  Record complete, timely and legible medical records

  n
n
