- 100%, office-based, outpatient Primary Care
- Teaching is optional with a faculty appointment
- Utilizes EPIC with Dragon, Ambient AI integration, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
- Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
- Robust staffing including nursing and your own MA

Requirements
- Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
- BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine
- H1B cap-exempt organization, J-1 waiver eligible 2028
