ChenMed provides primary care to seniors on Medicare Advantage. Physicians are hands‑on caregivers transforming the health and lives of seniors through a value‑based, relationship‑centered model.
Responsibilities
As a ChenMed physician you provide 100% outpatient care, manage a small patient panel of up to 450 seniors, and practice within a high‑touch, relationship‑centered model without nights or weekends. You will also participate in a Value Based Care approach that supports both patient outcomes and practice performance.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine. Open to residents, fellows, and visa candidates.

PAY RANGE: $221,141 - $315,915.
