What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric Veterans in an ambulatory setting, focusing on continuity and whole‑person care.
- Lead an integrated PACT team (RN, LPN, clerk, and support staff) to manage chronic disease, preventive care, and acute concerns.
- Practice evidence‑based medicine with access to on‑site specialists, mental health, and ancillary services within the VA system.
