Primary Care Physician – Sign-on Bonus

Thisinnovative model combines team-based care, modern technology, convenientaccess, and integrated in-person and virtual services—including urgent care—tocreate a more connected and efficient approach to primary care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensiveoutpatient primary care to adult patients
• Diagnose and manage acuteand chronic medical conditions
• Develop evidence-basedtreatment plans and provide preventive care
• Collaborate with aninterdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient services
• Utilize virtual care andmodern technology to improve access and continuity
• Educate patients onpreventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $135,000–$290,000

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from anaccredited medical school
• Board certified in FamilyMedicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience in outpatientprimary care or a similar clinical setting
• Active, unrestricted DEAlicense that must be maintained throughout employment
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS must be obtained throughan approved in-person or blended course; CPR, ACLS, and online-onlycertifications are not accepted
