Job Summary

We are seeking a Board-Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative outpatient primary care team in Salinas, CA. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages while emphasizing preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and continuity of care. The physician will work closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver evidence-based care, coordinate services, and improve patient outcomes through compassionate, high-quality medical care.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Active and unrestricted California Medical License.
  • Active DEA registration and NPI number.
  • Successfully completed an accredited residency program.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and patient-centered care skills.
