Primary Care Physician – Rochester, NH
Mass General Brigham Medical Group seeks a full‑time Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice in Rochester, New Hampshire.
What you’ll do
- Provide full‑spectrum Family Medicine, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, wellness exams, and transitional care.
- Opportunity to develop a pediatric focus while caring for patients across the lifespan.
- Four clinical days per week.
- No routine provider call; after‑hours call is managed through the Mass General Brigham After Hours Call Program.
Team‑Based Care
- Work alongside an experienced physician and advanced practice provider.
- Supported by embedded Behavioral Health, Social Work, Care Management, Diabetes Education, Medication Access Coordinators, Virtual Clinical Support, and dedicated RN and MA support.
Qualifications
- MD or DO.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Eligible for New Hampshire medical licensure (Maine license preferred).
- Passion for collaborative, patient‑centered care.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000 annually. In addition to competitive base pay, we offer comprehensive benefits, career advancement opportunities, and bonuses as applicable.
