Ochsner Health is seeking BC/BE Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Physicians to join our diverse primary care practices in Lake Charles, Louisiana. In cooperation with other department clinical staff, the physician will provide and coordinate patient care while upholding Ochsner's core values. • Outpatient Care Managers to assist with complex patient management and helping with social determinant of your patients Health

• Provide and coordinate patient care in cooperation with other members of the department clinical staff

• Salary will be commensurate with training and experience

Qualifications

• Must be BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Newly trained as well as experienced physicians are welcomed to apply
