Practice Info
- Outpatient primary care settings in rural, urban, and suburban settings throughout SE LA including New Orleans and surrounding communities
- Integrated healthcare system operating 47 hospitals and more than 370 health and urgent care centers across Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and the Gulf South
- Refill center managing over 70% of refills and ambient listening available in primary care
- LPN Care Coordinators, Ochsner On-Call, and remote messaging nurses to reduce call burden and in-basket messages
- Outpatient Care Managers and Health Digital Medicine to assist with complex patient management and chronic conditions
- EPIC medical record platform utilized throughout the health system
- Physician-led organization with multi-specialty collaboration and a large internal referral network

Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Primary Care physicians in FAMILY MEDICINE, INTERNAL MEDICINE, or MED/PEDs
- Physicians with experience or directly from residency training are welcomed to apply
- Individuals who reside in and will work from Colorado, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington D.C. are not eligible for remote work position
