Compensation
- $211,369 to $317,053 base salary range
- $20K sign-on bonus
- Quarterly Incentive Plan based on outcomes, quality metrics, and documentation
- Long-Term Incentive Eligible: physicians may participate in the Mosaic Health Profit Shares program

Requirements
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Active Nevada medical license
- DEA registration
- Board certified or eligible
- Experience with geriatrics, post-acute, SNF, LTC, or medically complex population is preferred
