A large, well-established primary care organization is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join its rapidly expanding outpatient network throughout the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area .
As part of its continued growth, the organization has recently opened 8 brand-new primary care clinics , creating an exciting opportunity for physicians to join an established healthcare system while helping build thriving new practices. Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Patient Volume
- Ramp up to approximately 17-21 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Base Salary: $250,000–$265,000
- Annual Bonus: 16.60% of Base Salary

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Arizona medical license or eligible for licensure
- Comfortable treating patients ages 0-65Comfortable performing annual women's wellness exams
- Spanish bilingual preferred for most clinic locations
