- No routine nights or weekends
- Typical patient volume of 24 or more patients per day
- Collaborative, physician-led team
- You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- You hold or can obtain a Massachusetts medical license
- You enjoy relationship-based outpatient primary care
- You value flexibility, autonomy, and team-based care

- Base salary: Starting at $225,000 for a 36-hour work week
- Sign-on bonus: $30,000
- Bonus opportunity: Quarterly quality bonus of up to $20,000 annually
- Health insurance: Employer-sponsored medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Retirement: 401(k) with up to a 4% employer match
- 457(b) deferred compensation plan available for eligible physicians
- Paid Time Off plus 10 paid holidays
- CME: 5 days plus a $3,500 annual allowance
- License, DEA, and board certification renewals covered
- Malpractice insurance
- Loan repayment: NHSC eligibility up to $75,000
- Relocation assistance up to $5,000
