Primary Care Physician - Patient-Centered, EDRP Eligible

Effingham VA Clinic, part of the Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking a full-time physician to provide comprehensive primary care. You will diagnose and manage a patient panel, coordinate care, and adhere to VA guidelines in a structured clinical setting.

The role emphasizes chronic disease management, teamwork with multidisciplinary staff, and participation in incentive programs such as EDRP and total rewards offerings. Schedule typically Monday–Friday with some after-hours as needed.
