Pay: $114.03 - $129.69 an hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in planning and developing health care services, treatment of conditions and illnesses within scope.
- Diagnose and provide treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate and supervise advanced provider clinicians.
- Complete and participate in chart review process.
- Referral and follow‑up of patients when needed.
- Collaborate with other members of the Health Center to maintain high quality standards and achieve client satisfaction.
- Clinical Supervision: Oversee the clinical work of students or new providers, ensuring they adhere to best practices and organizational standards.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to students or new providers, helping them develop their clinical skills and professional behavior.
- Educational Support: Facilitate educational sessions, workshops or seminars to enhance the learning experience of the mentees.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess the performance of students or new providers, provide constructive feedback and document their progress.
- Patient Care: Ensure high‑quality patient care is maintained while supervising and mentoring students or new providers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with academic institutions and other healthcare professionals to coordinate the educational activities and ensure a comprehensive learning experience.
Requirements
- Doctorate Degree (MD, DO)
- Active/Valid license as an MD or DO in New York State, DEA, Board certification
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Experience in HIV care and MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patient population in community health setting.
