Practice Info
- Outpatient only Family Medicine or Internal Medicine setting
- Established patient panel with significant growth opportunity
- Predominantly adult and geriatric patient population
- Average 18-20 patients per day
- Strong multidisciplinary support including onsite pharmacist, RN case manager, LPN care support, social work resources, in-basket support teams, and a team-based MA model
- Onsite lab and imaging services with Epic EMR and DAX AI-powered documentation support
Compensation
- Competitive compensation with productivity and quality incentive opportunities

- Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $237,500 - $384,000
- Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role

Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- BE or BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Oregon medical license and DEA registration, or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current BLS certification
