Primary Care Physician

Practice Info

• Full-time outpatient position with dedicated support staff

Responsibilities

• General outpatient family medicine primary care
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patients
• Minimal call - telephone only

Compensation

• Up to $100,000 sign-on incentive with no repayment clauses for eligible external candidates
• 24-month salary guarantee

• The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 per year

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O.
• Must be board certified in Family Medicine or Board Eligible
• Active Oregon Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Active DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Open to 2025 Family Medicine Residents
