Delivering exceptional primary care, one patient at a time!

We at Pantheon are seeking Primary Care Physicians (MD/DO) to join our expanding clinical team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, collaborative environment. At Pantheon, we seek more than simply filling a role with a qualified physician; we are looking for providers who share the passion, dedication, and commitment established by our leadership and upheld by our team. Our providers deliver comprehensive care to patients across a variety of settings, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and long-term health management. We emphasize strong clinical support, efficient workflows, and a team-based approach to care delivery.

This role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time opportunities available, as well as resident moonlighting opportunities. Physicians will also have opportunities for professional growth and leadership within a rapidly expanding organization. Our physician-built software integrates directly with our EMR, eliminating double charting and allowing documentation to transfer seamlessly, giving providers more time to focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on continuity of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Active and unrestricted medical license
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Primary Care specialty
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
