- Join an established practice with two other physicians.

- Employed outpatient practices utilize hospitalist programs for in-patient admissions.

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, team-based care for a diverse adult patient population.
- Partner with skilled multidisciplinary staff to manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Promote wellness across an entire panel of patients.
- Work with medical students or residents from IM or FM Residency programs.
Compensation
- Highly competitive base salary along with quality and productivity incentives.

- Salary Range: $275,000 - $285,000, commensurate or relative to experience.

Shift & Schedule

Requirements
- MD or DO with NY State License and Federal DEA.
- Successfully completed Family or Internal Medicine.
- BE or BC in Family or Internal Medicine.
