Primary Care Physician

Northwell Health is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a busy and growing primary care practice in Fishkill, NY, located 75 miles north of New York City. • Join a busy and growing primary care practice in Fishkill, NY, affiliated with Vassar Brothers Medical Center.
• Work with 3 other physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners.
• The practice sees patients of all ages.
• Teaching opportunities are available with medical students or residents from IM or FM Residency programs.
• Employed outpatient practices utilize hospitalist programs for in-patient admissions.
• Fully outpatient setting with a state-of-the-art, system-wide integrated electronic health record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, team-based care for a diverse adult patient population.
• Partner with skilled multidisciplinary staff to manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Promote wellness across an entire panel of patients.

Compensation

• Salary: $275,000 - $285,000, commensurate or relative to experience.

Shift & Schedule

• Minimal on-call obligations.

Requirements

• MD or DO with NY State License and Federal DEA.
• Successfully completed Family Medicine Residency.
• BE/BC in Family Medicine.
• Dedicated to delivering comprehensive, team-based care for a diverse adult patient population.
