Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage a complete continuum of high-quality care within the care team
  • Treat chronic diseases and disorders
  • Review patient file/record, including allergies, problems, medications, and immunization status
  • Elicit and record information about patient's medical history
  • Order or execute various tests, analyses, and diagnostic images to provide information on patient's condition
  • Analyze reports and findings of tests and examination and diagnose condition of patient
  • Patient assessments, formulating care plans, finding gaps in care delivery, communicating and teaching patients about personal care management
  • Educate and empower your patients to take ownership of their health

Compensation

  • Guaranteed, competitive compensation model based on quality, not quantity, with significant earning potential and bonus eligibility
  • Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $229,500 - $378,000
  • Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role

Requirements

  • Unrestricted licensure in the state of (NY) at time of employment
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine
  • Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment
