Practice Info
- Setting: 100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care located at 45 Salem Turnpike in Norwich, CT
- Teaching is optional with a faculty appointment
- Easy access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
- Robust staffing includes nursing and your own MA
- Utilizes EPIC with Dragon, AI integration, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal

Requirements
- Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
- BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine
