An established outpatient primary care practice in Glastonbury, CT, is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join their growing team. • 100% outpatient, office-based primary care
• Adult patient population (18+)
• Dedicated Medical Assistant and nursing support
• Integrated Behavioral Health services, Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
• Efficient clinical operations and engaged care teams
• Epic EMR with Dragon dictation and AI-assisted clinical documentation technology

Requirements

• MD or DO
• BE or BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
