• Start date : 45-90 days
• Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm, no weekends.
• Duties : Typical outpatient Primary Care services
• Patient Population : Geriatrics
• Support : Full Staff & Advanced Practice Providers
• PPD : 12-16
• EMR : eClinical Works
• Salary : $240k-$275k base + lucrative Annual Bonus
