Caldwell UNC Health is the choice for health care in Caldwell County. UNC Health Medical Group & Caldwell Physicians Network provide the majority of primary care and select specialty care to our market from thirteen separate medical park locations throughout the county. Our 137‑bed hospital is a member of the UNC Health System.

Position Features

• Competitive total compensation package, including first‑year compensation guarantee at national benchmarks for your specialty
• Relocation stipend of $15,000, sign‑on bonus of up to $20,000, potential loan repayment
• Resident stipend of $1,500 per month for the final two years of training
• Productivity, quality and APP supervision bonus dollars increasing overall compensation
• Attractive phone‑only call rotation with collegial partners below industry standard (avg. 5 days/quarter)
• Team‑based care infrastructure within each clinic, with key support staff
• Seeking board‑certified or board‑eligible family medicine or internal medicine physicians
• Staff and administration in our practices who are well‑trained, seasoned professionals
