Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatientprimary care services to adult and geriatric patients.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acuteand chronic medical conditions.
- Develop individualized care plansthat promote preventive care, wellness, and disease management.
- Coordinate care with specialists,hospitals, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Educate patients and caregiverson treatment plans, preventive health, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain accurate and timelymedical documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Participate in qualityimprovement initiatives focused on value-based care and positive patientoutcomes.
- Build strong, long-termrelationships with patients and their families through compassionate,patient-centered care.
- MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligiblein Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Active Florida medical license(or eligible for licensure).
- DEA license (or eligible).
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience with MedicareAdvantage, managed care, value-based care, or geriatric populations ispreferred but not required.
- New graduates are encouraged toapply.
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills arepreferred for select locations.
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Daytime outpatient hours
- Minimal call requirements,depending on practice location
