Position Highlights
- Two full-time employed outpatient primary care positions (IM or FM)
- Practice locations across Southbury, Naugatuck, and Shelton, CT (final site(s) to be aligned with candidate preference and practice needs)
- Established patient panels with strong referral network and community presence
- Monday-Friday schedule with a focus on work-life balance (minimal call, details to be discussed)
- Multi-disciplinary team including APPs, nursing, and care coordination support

- MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
