What We Are Looking For:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
• Active (or eligible) Medical License in Maryland.
• Board Certified / Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Active DEA, Medicare, and Medicaid numbers.
