- Off-hour coverage is shared among multiple providers, phone-calls only, with nurse triage
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, team-based care for a diverse adult patient population
- Partner with skilled multidisciplinary staff to manage acute and chronic conditions
- Promote wellness across an entire panel of patients
- Potential teaching opportunities working with medical students or residents from IM or FM Residency programs
Compensation
- Salary: $275,000 - $285,000

Requirements
- MD or DO with NY State License and Federal DEA
