Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from anaccredited medical school
- Board Certified or BoardEligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active or eligibleMassachusetts medical license
- DEA certification oreligibility required
- Strong clinical,communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment toevidence-based, patient-centered care
- Ability to work effectivelywithin a multidisciplinary team environment
