Responsibilities
- Provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care and supported by a robust team of specialists
- Practice medicine autonomously in an ambulatory setting partnering with primary care
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $238,500 to $392,500 annually based on full-time employment
- Compensation based on quality, not quantity

Requirements
- BC/BE by ABMS or AOA in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
- Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to start
- Active MCSR & DEA or ability to obtain prior to start
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain prior to start
- Preferred: Clinical experience in an outpatient primary care setting
