Cape Cod HealthCare is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their growing primary care division across established practices in Falmouth, Bourne, Sandwich, and Harwich. This position features a 4-day work week designed to provide an optimal work-life balance while living in a desirable four-season coastal community. Physicians will work alongside a dedicated clinical staff utilizing EPIC EMR in a collaborative ambulatory care setting.

Compensation
- $275,000 base salary
- $75,000 stipend for hard to fill locations in select locations
- $75,000 sign-on bonus
- $3,000 per month housing stipend for one year
- Quality and productivity-based bonuses
