Primary Care Physician — Lead Team-Based Outpatient Care

Independence Health System is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care, including preventive services and chronic disease management. The physician will supervise APPs, lead team-based care, and coordinate with hospitalist services to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Travel between system locations may be required. Qualified candidates hold an MD/DO, PA license in PA, board certification in Family or Internal Medicine, and current BLS.
