You will work on-site at our Lakeland, FL clinic. You will report to the associate medical director.
Main Responsibilities
- You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
- You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
- You will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- You will be required to participate in on‑call coverage by phone.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida or willing to obtain one.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine (or board‑eligible).
- DEA license or willingness to obtain one.
- One year or more experience working in value‑based health care.
- Must be screened for TB.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish.
Scheduled Weekly Hours
40 hours per week
Pay Range
$255,000 - $298,500 per year. The compensation range may vary based on location and individual skills, qualifications, and experience.
