Compensation
- Three-year compensation guarantee

- Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $229,500 - $378,000
- Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role

Shift & Schedule

- Seeking a Full-Time commitment of 34 direct patient care hours per week (4 days/week)

Requirements
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of Connecticut or ability to obtain prior to start
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start
- Seeking bi-lingual Physician (Spanish) - preferred, but not required
