Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Hybrid | Up to $270K + Sign-On Bonus | Massachusetts

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics Physician to provide comprehensive primary care in a collaborative, team-based environment. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity offering one remote administrative day each week, outstanding benefits, and strong work-life balance.
Position Highlights
- Full-time (4x10 schedule available)
- Compensation: Open to candidates seeking $250,000-$270,000
- Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus for bilingual physicians (Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole)
- Team-based practice alongside experienced NPs, PAs, nurses, and support staff

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across the lifespan
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications
- Deliver preventive care and wellness counseling
- Manage a patient panel of approximately 1,500 patients
- Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols
- Share rotating call coverage (approximately 1-2 weeks per quarter)
- One evening clinic each week (until 7 PM) and occasional Saturday coverage
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Completion of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active Massachusetts Medical License
- Active DEA Registration
- Experience with Epic preferred
- Passion for serving culturally diverse and underserved patient populations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole
- Community Health Center or Patient-Centered Medical Home experience
