- Be Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Obtain and maintain staff privileges at a partner hospital.
- Participate in marketing and relationship-building activities, including meetings with subspecialists, to support patient panel growth.
- Provide outpatient care Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability as needed. No formal inpatient responsibilities are required.
- Remain accessible to their patient panel 24/7 for urgent matters, except during approved vacation periods or designated coverage arrangements.
- Demonstrate willingness to participate in all aspects of patient care, including fitness testing, EKG acquisition, spirometry, phlebotomy, and related clinical services.
- Effectively leverage administrative and clinical support staff to optimize patient care.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records to support collaborative care delivery.
- Pursue ongoing Continuing Medical Education (CME) and maintain board certification requirements.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities.
- Effective leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in the use of computers and electronic medical record systems.
