Overview
The Physician serves as a health‑care clinician and can handle a variety of health‑related problems. The work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in‑depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Physician focuses on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. Keep medical history and medical records, refer patients to specialists, and begin to influence department strategy. Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components and perform work without direction. Exercise considerable latitude in determining goals and approaches to assignments.
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of technical experience
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program of an accredited university
- Prefer Internal Medicine specialty
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
- Consider patients and participate in Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, screen yourself for TB.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
- Must be willing to participate in limited on‑call coverage by phone
- Report to the Associate Medical Director
- Work onsite at the Clinic location
Schedule and Compensation
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Pay Range: $255,000 - $298,500 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
