Primary Care Physician

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal or Family Medicine Physician to join a brand-new primary care practice in Groton, Connecticut. This rare opportunity allows the provider to help establish and grow a new site from the ground up while delivering high-quality, relationship-based care to adult patients in a modern and collaborative environment. Supported by Hartford HealthCare's integrated network and innovative technology, the clinician will have the ability to build a thriving patient panel and enjoy a scenic coastal lifestyle.

• 100%, office-based, outpatient Primary Care
• Primary Care Physician (18+)
• Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers & Social Workers
• Efficient operations, engaged teams and robust staffing, including nursing and your own MA
• EPIC with Dragon, Ambient AI integration, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling and patient portal

Shift & Schedule

• Weekdays only, ask about a 4 day work week!
• Full-time, weekdays only (ask about part-time and hybrid options if preferred)
• Phone call only: averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months

Requirements

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
• BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine
• Work authorization: H1B cap-exempt organization
