Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine/Internal Medicine) – Corvallis, Oregon. This role is part of The Corvallis Clinic, a care organization within the Optum family of businesses.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide general outpatient family/internal medicine primary care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans
• Care for a wide range of patients
• Minimal call – telephone only

Required Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O.
• Board certified or Board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med‑Peds
• Active Oregon Medical License (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
• Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to employment)

The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually, based on full‑time employment. Salary is total cash compensation at target and may include base and bonus, depending on experience and metrics.
