Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients
- Develop long-term relationships focused on preventive care and chronic disease management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve quality outcomes and patient experience
- Utilize evidence-based medicine to deliver exceptional value-based care
- Participate in quality initiatives that improve patient health while reducing unnecessary healthcare utilization

Shift & Schedule
- Monday-Friday outpatient schedule
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Passion for value-based, patient-centered care (required)
- Experience with Medicare Advantage and population health is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- ACN-certified physicians are encouraged to apply
- Experience with AthenaOne EMR is a plus
