Shift & Schedule
- Permanent full-time position with flexible scheduling based on facility needs
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care for patients using the new VA care delivery system, Patient-Aligned Care Teams (PACT)
- Incorporate a patient-centered approach focusing on access to care, care managers, collaboration among specialties and other services, and alternative means of care such as telehealth and shared medical appointments
- Serve as a Primary Care Physician in outpatient primary care clinics, providing appropriate care for Veterans ranging from 18 through geriatric years while considering diagnosis and physical, functional, psychosocial, spiritual, and cultural needs
- Serve as a provider skilled in the management of a patient's primary care needs and evaluation of the need for subspecialty referral
Compensation
- Salary $230,000 - $280,000
- Possible relocation incentive for highly qualified candidates
