Primary Care Physician

Millennium Physician Group, Florida's largest independent physician group, is seeking a physician to join their team in Lake Placid, FL. This role offers the opportunity to focus on chronic disease management and prevention within a Medicare Advantage population, free from hospital or insurer influence. Physicians will benefit from a robust administrative and clinical support system, allowing them to practice at the top of their license.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active, unrestricted state medical license (or eligible to obtain) and valid DEA number
• EMR proficiency; AthenaOne experience a plus
